MEETING OF THE CITY OF LANSING PUBLIC MEDIA AUTHORITY
HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2026, AT 3:30 P.M.

1. Minutes of December 3, 2025, meeting.
Crystal Thomas called the meeting to order at 3:36 pm. Andy Kilpatrick made the motion to approve
the meeting minutes. Melik Brown second the motion. All in favor.
2. Directors Report.
Dominic Cochran gave an update. Fundraising continues and he also went over draft pro forma details
via a presentation.
3. Finance Report.
Emily Linden presented expense and deposit report details and an update on construction costs. She
asked about approving the 2026 budget as the July meeting minutes do not reflect this. Greg Venker
suggested amending the July 2025 meeting minutes at the February 4, 2026 meeting to clarify that a
budget was passed.
