2. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA: – None

4. BOARD MEETING MINUTES – Approval was deferred to the next meeting. No vote was
taken as no quorum present.

5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Matthias Bell Resignation
• The board thanked him for his years of service.
6. OLD BUSINESS:
A. Mini Grant Application Review
• Robin revised the mini grant application which now includes location, date of project,
‘explain how funds benefit the neighborhood,’ and ‘explain your project/event’ info
• Board discussed the updates to the application and Brian suggested a combination of
the civic org and neighborhood watch name.

B. DNACE Updates
• Citizens Academy: Registration will open soon. It will be in Aug. 2026. For
details, visit https://www.lansingmi.gov/904/Citizens-Academy
• Board discussed ways to communicate and engage with current board
members on other boards and other Lansing candidates to encourage them to
apply for this board.
