MEETING OF THE CITY OF LANSING PUBLIC MEDIA AUTHORITY
HELD ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4, 2026, AT 3:30 P.M.

1. Minutes of February 4, 2026, meeting.
Jason Gabriel called the meeting to order at 3:32 pm. Andy Kilpatrick made the motion to approve the
meeting minutes. Greg Vennker second the motion. All in favor.
2. Directors Report.
Dominic Cochran gave an update. March 1 1th at 4pm tour the 520 building. Elevators will be installed
and furniture will come after elevators are in. Continue fundraising and construction on the 520
building.
3. Finance Report.
Emily Linden presented expense and deposit report details. Fundraising and construction costs are on
budget.
4. Other Business:
Greg Venker to check with the bylaws on electing officers. Jason Gabriel asked to have a showing of
the Media Cetner.
5. Public Comment:
None
