HELD ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2026, AT 3:30 P.M.

1. Minutes of January 7, 2026, meeting.
Jason Gabriel called the meeting to order at 3:36 pm. Andy Kilpatrick made the motion to approve the
meeting minutes. Melik Brown second the motion. All in favor.
2. Directors Report.
Dominic Cochran gave an update. Dominic to email pro forma reports to the group. Going before
Council on Monday and invited to walk through the 520 building.
3. Finance Report.
Emily Linden presented expense and deposit report details. Applying for grants. Fundraising and
construction costs are up. Everything is on track.
4. Other Business:
