Chair Dowling called the meeting to order, followed by roll call
Approval of the Saginaw St. CIA Meeting Minutes-Action
Motion: Stoken , Support: Sanborn
Passes unanimously
Board Officer Election
Chairperson: Tiffany Dowling
Vice Chairperson: Peter Morman
Treasurer: Diane Sanborn
Secretary: vacant
Motion to approve the slate as presented.
Motion: Sanborn Support: Morman
Passed unanimously
Approval of the Amended Marketing Plan
Member Stoken provided an update on the marketing plan, which adjusted the
reveal event dates to allow more time for mural installation.
Motion: Stoken, Seconded by Sanborn
Approval of the Mural Sponsorship Program
Washington presented the mural sponsorship program materials, including the
guidelines, agreements, and the initial application.
Motion: Morman Support: Sanborn
Passed unanimously
Other Business
Member Stoken informed the group of Rathbun’s 70th anniversary
Washington passed out flyers for the City Façade Improvement Program.
The board had a general discussion on hosting a business grant program and
ways to invest in Durant Park.
