My brother, Warren Creamer, III is an employer of VanKampen & Merritt
located in Chicago, Illinois. VanKampen and Merritt, Inc. has served
as a financial consultant on certain City bond issues. I do not derive
any income from these services to the City nor do I participate in the
selection process. The selection is done administratively through the
State bonding law or local purchasing ordinance.
