Affidavit of Disclosure.

AFFIDAVIT OF DISCLOSURE
William A. Brenke , being first duly sworn, deposes and
says as follows :
1. That he is a duly elected Councilman of the City of
Lansing representing the Second Ward.
2 . That he is currently the record owner of common
stock in General Motors Corporation with a current market value
substantially less than $25, 000 . 00 .
3. That as a City Council member he may be called upon
to vote on the issuance of a certificate of tax abatement for
Oldsmobile Division of General Motors.
4. That if the certificate of tax abatement is issued,
General Motors Corporation will receive a financial benefit
which may indirectly result in a minimal benefit to the value of
the stock in General Motors owned by me.
