being an officer/employee of the City of Lansing, Michigan,
with the Planning and Municipal Development Department
hereby disclose that:
/X/ I intend to have business dealings with the City of
Lansing, either directly or indirectly.
I may derive income and/or benefit, directly or in-
directly, in addition to my official remuneration as
a result of City Council action or a contract with
the City.
The details of the above indicated business dealings,
'`income, benefit and/or contract are as follows:
.but not limited to. I will be engaged in the energy conservation
consulting, insurance sales and management, ownership, operation,
purchase, sale, rental and brokerage of real estate of every kind and do
all things in connection with and appropriate .to the conduct of such
:business in accordance with the laws in the State of Michigan, its
;agencies and departments and more particularly the statutory requirements
for licensure and administrative rules and regulations -of the Department
;of Licensing and Regulations. From time to time these endeavors may be j
related to Lansing City Council action for rezonings,-easements, licenses,
