Old Business
Elected Officials Summary of Fringe Benefits and Recommendation Letters
Chair Melot recapped from the last meeting that the Commission agreed to recommend 3.5% for two
(2) years for City Council and 5% for two (2) years for the Mayor and City Clerk. The Commission also
clarified language on parking at the David C Hollister City Hall location(s). The Commission confirmed
all documents track with those action.

MOTION BY O’ROURKE SUPPORTED BY SPEAKER TO APPROVE THE ELECTED OFFICIALS
SUMMARY OF FRINGE BENEFITS WITH PARKING AMENDMENTS, AND DETERMINATIONS FOR
CITY COUNCIL AT 3.5%, MAYOR AND CLERK AT 5%. MOTION CARRIED 6-0.
New Business
The Commission discussed what happens next, and Ms. Boak detailed that the recommendations
would be hand delivered after this meeting, and Council will have 30 days to reject, with 6 votes. If no
action is taken, the recommendations will take effect.
