Staff Present: Kris Klein, Amiee Evans, Brian Swett, Shay Manawar, Chelsea

Call to Order
Vice-Chair Jones called the Lansing TIFA Board Meeting to order at 9:53 A.M.
Approval of TIFA Board Meeting Minutes – Friday, June 5, 2026 (ACTION)
MOTION: Member Benton moved to approve the TIFA meeting minutes from Friday, June 5, 2026,
Board of Directors meeting, as presented. Motion seconded by Member Rathbun.
YEAS: Six (6); Unanimous; motion carried.
Financial Update
Klein provided a financial update to the Board. The Administrative fees for last year were billed and
collected by Lansing EDC. We are working with Miller Canfield on options to defease some of the
bonds outstanding.
