I, Michael M. Westfall, being duly sworn, and in contemplation of Section
14.4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly appointed, qualified,
and serving employee of the Building Division of The Public Service
Department of the City of Lansing.
I further say I will be conducting a business in the near future, on a
part-time basis, dealing with the repair and/or refinishing of porcelain,
vitreous enamel, and similarly finished plumbing fixtures and/or
appliances. Due to the nature of this business, I may have occasion to
perform this service on or within City of Lansing owned or leased properties.
I further say that solicitation for and/or performance of this service will
-not be conducted by myself during normal working hours for the City of Lansing
and my management of this business will not be of such nature that my position
as an employee of the City of Lansing would result in any conflict of interest.
