STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I, W. R. Tietz, being first duly sworn, say that I
am an officer of the City of Lansing, being a member of its
Board of Public Service, and make this statement pursuant to
Section 14.4 of the Lansing City Charter.
I further say that I am appliance sales manager, but
not an officer, of the George Worthington Company, a wholesale
general hardware, industrial and plumbing supply business in the
City of Lansing, which business has in the past and may in the
future do business with the City of Lansing, which normally is
not of such a nature that a sworn statement thereof may be made
ten days or more before the transaction thereof.
I further say that such business is normally of such
a nature that no action of the City Council or any Board of the
City is required for the transaction thereof.
