hereby disclose that:

Lansing; either directly or indirectly.

directly, in addition to my official remuneration as
a result of City Council action or a contract with
the City.
The details of -he above indicated business dealings ,
'income, benefit and/or contract are as follows :
I am a part-time City employee eml2loyed as a school crossing
guard I have applied for and been selected as the urban -home-
steader for the Urban Homesteading property located at 810
Cross Street In the event the Lansing City Council approves
the sale of 810 Cross Street to me, I will be purchasing that
; property for $1 00 , pursuant to the Urban Homesteading Program
regulations and guidelines .
