STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I, C. Robert Sherry, being duly sworn, and in contemplation
of Section 14. 4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly
appointed, qualified and serving member of the Lansing Park Board.
I further say that I am the vice—president of Hacker-King-
Sherry, Inc. a business in the City of Lansing which has written
insurance for the City of Lansing in the past and may in the future
write insurance for the City of Lansing.
I further say that the provisions of such contracts have not in
the past and should not in the future be of such a nature that my
position as a member of the Park Board would result in any conflict
of interest.
