POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITON TITLE: Ambulance Service Liaison
DEPARTMENT: Customer Service/Marketing
REPORTS TO: Executive Staff
THIS POSITION DESCRIPTION IDENTIFIES THE MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES OF
THIS JOB. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL ASPECTS OF THE POSITION SUCH AS
THE POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL DUTIES ASSIGNED BY THE SUPERVISOR OR
THE EXECTUIVE STAFF AND THE REQUIREMENT FOR FLEXIBILITY IN
HELPING OTHERS FOR THE COMPANY'S OVERALL BENEFIT.
POSTION/OBJECTIVE SUMMARY:
Provide professional, coordinated communications with ambulance service clients.
Develops and implements programs to enhance the level of service provided to our
ambulance clients. Provides feedback from clients on level of service, follow up and
possible re-training. Develop professional relationship with our clients to further enhance
the level of products and services we offer our ambulance clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Works with Executive staff in developing materials to present to clients
• Works with the Training Coordinator to develop new training programs and
materials
• Meets with clients quarterly to review services provided
• Assesses needs of clients to determine if additional services should be
developed
• Meets with Executive staff weekly
• Attends quarterly Administrative Retreats
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all Company matters
• Others related duties as assigned
WORK RELATIONSHIPS:
Works in cooperation with Executive Staff, Training Coordinator, supervisors, health
care providers, coworkers and others to assure efficient functioning of the billing
operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum: 5 Years Ambulance industry experience
Weekly travel to meet with clients
Ability to work flexible part time schedule.

Knowledge of the insurance billing industry
