AFFIDAVIT OF DISCLOSURE
On behalf of the City and as permitted by Section 209.04(n)ofthe Ethics Ordinance,the Law
Department, Finance Department and Personnel Department have taken part, and continue to take
part,in collective bargaining matters and negotiations with City employee bargaining units. As part
of a labor reduction initiative for the upcoming fiscal year, the administration, through its collective
bargaining team, is in discussions and negotiations with unions that include possible prospective
changes in retirement benefits and eligibility in the City's retirement systems. These retirement
benefits discussions and negotiations with the collective bargaining units may also result in the
benefits being made available to certain non-bargaining groups, including exempt employees.
I may participate in the formulation and negotiation of the benefit changes and be responsible
for explaining and administering the changes for employees.
