STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I, William J. Porter, Jr„ being duly sworn, and in contemplation of
Section 14. 4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly appointed,
qualified, and serving voting member of the Housing Committee appointed
by the Mayor, which appointment was approved and confirmed by the
Council at its meeting held on April 26, 1965;
1 further say that I am engaged in the real estate business as President
of the Porter Realty Co. , Realtors, in the city of Lansing and especially in
that aspect of the real estate business which involves the appraisal of proper-
ty and, in that capacity, may in the future do business with the City of
Lansing, which business is not of such a nature that a sworn statement
thereof may be made in ten days before the transaction thereof of any final
action thereon by the Council or other agency of the city required to act
thereon;
I further say that I will, during the month of March, 1966, file with the
City Clerk of the City of Lansing an accounting of all business done by me
with the city during the year, 1965, after the date of this �sttaaattJement.
