Pursuant to the requirements of subsection 5-505. 1
of the Lansing City Charter, I, F. Wes le Pitts
full name
being an officer/employee of the City of Lansing, Michigan,
hereby disclose that:
I intend to have business dealings with the City of
Lansing, either directly or indirectly.
I may derive income and/or benefit, directly or in-
directly, in addition to my official remuneration as
a result of City Council action or a contract with
the City.
The details of the above indicated business dealings,
+-income, benefit and/or contract are as follows :
I will be entertaining a contract with the Lansing Fair Housing Center
to do a fair housing survey project. The Lansing Fair Housing Center
does not receive any direct funding from the City of Lansing at present.
