Dear Mr. Morris;
The disclosure you filed on the above date indicating that you
intended to indirectly de business with the city through City
Visions , Inc. , a company in which you have an interest, does not
contain sufficient detail to determine if you can conduct such
business without violating state law. Enclosed is a copy of the
current disclosure form in use by the Board of Ethics. Please
complete it and return to the City Clerk by Monday January 29 ,
1990 . The disclosure will then be considered by the Board at its
meeting at 2: 00 p:m.
