I, Malcolm L. Milks, being first duly sworn, say that I am an officer
of the City of Lansing, being a member of its Board of Water and Light, and
make this statement pursuant to Section 14.4 of the Lansing City Charter.
I further say, that I am a Realtor and Appraiser with offices at 300
W. Grand River Avenue;, Lansing, and may, in the course of my professional
activities, have business dealings with the City of Lansing.
I further say that such business will in no way conflict with the best
interests of the City of Lansing, or with my activities as an officer of the city.
