CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT
As a member of the Public Service Board, I am hereby filing this statement
that I do not have any pecuniary or other interest in any corporation,
partnership or business which might influence my judgment to my personal
advantage in any dealings or transactions between any corporations, part-
nerships or business and the Public Service Commission of the City of
Lansing, or any person connected therewith, except I am the President of
Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company, Lansing, Michigan, which
provides certain property and casualty insurance to the City of Lansing.
As a member of the Public Service Board, I will disqualify myself in any
activities that would be in conflict with my duties on the Board in regard
to such insurance coverage.
