The Lansing Board of Water&Light has an Oven Blanket Purchase Order with JemPS
Tire of Lake Odessa Michigan to purchase tires and fire repair services The owner of
Jerry's Tire is Mark Carpenter. He is married to one of my first cousins Pam Goodemoot-
Carpenter. I was not involved with the contract negotiations between the BWL and
Jerr y's Tire. I receive no benefit from this relationship.
I herby certify that this disclosure is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief.
