Section 14.4 of the Lansing City Charter do offer information
regarding business transacted through the _Lansing Civic Center
for lessee liability. This insurance policy being written by
United States Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Company since
1964 for protection of the Lessee's Liability and premiums
paid by the Lessee.
