Dear Mr. Mayhoe:
At the regular meeting of the Board of Ethics held on January 13, 2015, it was reported that your
disclosure was that your company would enter a contract with the City. Because such a contract is
illegal pursuant to MCL 15.321, et seq., the Public Service Department was advised the contract
could not be entered into. Therefore, we consider the matter resolved without any further action.
Let me know if you have any further questions or desire to continue to pursue the matter with the
