I , Howard Lutz, being duly sworn, and in contemplation
of Section 14.4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly
appointed, qualified, and serving member of the City of Lansing ' s
Board of Electrical Examiners .
I further say that I am a superintendent in the electrical
contracting firm of Root Electric, which firm has a subcontract with
the Britsch Construction Company, which company has the contract to
install elevators at the Lansing Civic Center .

STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I , Howard Lutz, being duly sworn, say that I am an officer
of the City of Lansing, being a member of its Board of Electrical
Examiners .
I further say that I am a part owner of the electrical con-
tracting firm of Root Electric Company of the City of Lansing , which
company proposes to have business dealings with the City of Lansing
and is making a bid therefor on the rewiring job to be done at the
Frances Park Pavilion, known and designated as "Electric Wiring
B-65-439 .°'
This statement is filed by me in conformance with Section
14.4 of the Lansing City Charter .
