It was brought. to my attention, the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ is a
customer of Caster and Associates. The Pentecostal Church of God in Christ
has applied for a special use permit which is a contingency of the sale of the
property on Holmes Road. Although I am a salesperson with Caster and
Associates, I have no financial involvement, or relationship in any way,shape,
or form with the sale of this property or the application for a special use
permit. I would like this communication to be forwarded to the Ethics Board
for their review and comment.

This letter is my disclosure of a connection with the rezoning of 1915 East
Michigan Avenue. Although I do not have any connection with the landlord of said
premises, who is the petitioner, I do have a professional connection with one of his
tenants, namely, Caster and Associates.
Therefore,due to this possible "conflict of interest", I wish to be excused from
voting on this issue.
