Dear Theo:
I am engaged in a meat cutting and sales business in the City of Lansing,
and, therefore, may have a potential conflict of interest insofar as the
City of Lansing or any of its agencies may purchase meats from my shop.
Pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter, I am hereby filing notice
of potential conflict of interest. I intend to refrain from soliciting any
such purchases, participating in any decisions to make such purchases and
voting, as a member of council, relative to any such purchases.

It was brought. to my attention, the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ is a
customer of Caster and Associates. The Pentecostal Church of God in Christ,
has applied for a special use permit which is a contingency of the sale of the
property on Holmes Road. Al.hough I am a salesperson with Caster and
Associates, I have no financial involvement or relationship in any wav,shape,
or form with the sale of this property or the application for G special use
permit. I would like this communication to be forwarded to the Ethics Board
for their review and comment..
