DISCLOSURE AND EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK A CONFLICT MAY/MAY NOT EXIST.
l own a company named The Bravest LLC. The Bravest is currently developing a serious
video game for training firefighters. The Bravest is seeking the Lansing Fire Departments
assistance with beta testing the product. Lansing Fire Department would in return receive
usage rights for free or at a greatly reduced cost. The conflict exist because I am an
employee of the department that would ultimately purchase the product.
I hereby certify that this disclosure is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief.
