I , William P. Jamieson, being first duly sworn, say that
I am an officer of the City of Lansing , being a newly appointed mem-
ber of its Police and Fire Board, and make this statement in contem-
plation of Section 14.4 of the Lansing City Charter.
I further say that I am vice-President and General Counsel
of Auto-Owners Insurance Company, which company has issued and sold
insurance policies to the City of Lansing, including the following
policies now in force :
Policy //34.2301-06374.230 - term 1-1-65 to 1-1-68 General Liability
Policy #652901-06437357 - term 3-26-65 to 3-26-66 Policy
(Liability Policy on Urban Renewal Development Project
#Michigan B.-87 . )
I further say that said company has in the past and may in
the future issue incidental bonds or policies to the City, which are
normally not of such a nature that a sworn statement thereof may be
made ten days or more before the issuance thereof or that action of
the City Council or any Board of the City is required for the is-
suance thereof.
I further say that I do not directly nor (to the best of
my knowledge and belief) indirectly derive any income or benefits
from the sale or issuance of any such bonds or policies to or for
the City of Lansing.
