I am subject to the personnel rules for Non-Bargaining Unit employees. An independent consultant of national stature has been hired to review and to make recommendations to the City about the final version of both sets of rules. During the process, I may be called upon to make decisions affecting the final form of both sets of rules. I do not believe that I have a conflict of interest, but wish to submit this affidavit in the interest of full disclosure.
