I, Norman E. Hack, being first duly sworn, say that I am
an officer of the City of Lansing, being a member of its Board of Public
Service, and make this statement .in contemplation of Section 14.4 of the
Lansing City Charter.
I further say that I am a member of Hack's Key Shop and in
that capacity I have .in the past and may in the future do business with
the City of Lansing, which normally .is not of such a nature that a sworn
statement thereof may be made ten days or more before the transaction
thereof.
I further say that such business is normally of such a nature
that no action of the City Council or any Board of the City is required
for the transaction thereof.
