Charles E. Gutzki being duly sworn in accordance with Section 14.4
of the City Charter, deposes and says that he is an officer of the
City of Lansing being a citizen member of the Ingham County Board
of Supervisors by appointment as provided in said charter, and that
he proposes to have business dealings with the City of Lansing,
Having submitted a bid for Fire Insurance on the city fleet for
1960-61 year. Should said bid be the best and lowest bid there
would as a consequence be a profit to him.
Further deponent sayeth not.
