GNA became aware of the issues that the Walnut Neighborhood Organization (WNO) has been working through because of the news and your pleas at City Council meetings. We believe that neighborhood organizations must be considered as changes occur in their area. The GNA supports your efforts in requesting that Niowave, Inc. make modifications to the fagade of its "pole barn" addition and offers its help in accomplishing that endeavor. We fully advocate that the City of Lansing's creative processes and safeguards that would benefit all neighborhoods by preventing similar types of situations from occurring in the future.
