will be entering into a printer/copier/document management consulting role and potential vendor relation-
ship with the Lansing Board of Water and Light.
I understand that any issues brought to athe BWL Board of Commissioners that relates to or includes dis-
cussions printer/copier/document management issues that I may need to recuse myself.
I hereby certify that this disclosure is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief.
