I, Horace T. Fletcher, being duly sworn, and in contemplation
of Section 14.4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly
appointed, qualified and serving member of the Lansing Part: Board.
I further say that I am employed at the East Side Drop In Center,
City of Lansing.
I further say that such employment with the City of Lansing as
a contract employee at the East Side Drop In Center has not in the
past and should not in the future be of such a nature that my position
as a member of the Park Board would result in any conflict of interest.
