City of Lansing in accordance with Section 14-4 of the Lansing
City Charter.

STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I, Joel I. Ferguson, being duly sworn, and in contemplation of
Section 14. 4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly elected,
qualified, and serving member of the Lansing City Council;
I further say that I am an employee of the Midwest Urban Construction
Company, Inc. , and Modern Builders, Inc. , located at Flint, Michigan. I may
in the course of my professional activities, have business dealings with the
City of Lansing .
I further say that such business will in no way conflict with the
best interests of the city.-
