I, Arthur J. Faggion, being duly wworn, say that, at the
time of bidding upon the Heating, Ventilating and Electrical Work at the
Oak Park Garage for the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of
Lansing, that I was an officer of the City of Lansing, serving as a member
of the City's Board of Public Servtce.
I further say that, by submitting a bid to the City of Lansing
on this project, it was, and is my intent to have business dealings with
the City with respect to the Heating, Ventilating and Electrical Work at the
Oak Park Garage, per bid quotation B-70--525.
I further say that my interest in the United Piping and
Erecting Co. , the corporation making such hid, is that of President, director,
and sole shareholder.
