I further say that I am the sole owner of The Dean Hardware,
Inc. , a hardware business in the City of Lansing, which business Has
i n the past and may in the future do incidental business it.-Ath the City
of Lansing, which is not of such a nature that a sworn state"went there-
of may be made ten days or more before the transaction thereof;
I further say that such business is of such a nature that
