Pursuant to the requirements of subsection 5-505. 1
of the Lansing City Charter, I, Herbert R. Davidson
[full name]
being an officer/employee of the City of Lansing, Michigan,
hereby disclose that:
I intend to have business dealings with the City of
Lansing, either directly or indirectly.
I may derive income and/or benefit, directly or in-
directly, in addition to my official remuneration as
a result of City Council action or a contract with
the City.
The details of the above indicated business dealings,
income, benefit and/or contract are as follows :
I have been requested by G. J . McLravy & Sons, Inc. , a consulting engi-
neering firm, to provide fi.nancial and accounting advice and/or service.
The firm may from time to time present proposals and may be awarded
engi.neering contracts for projects of the City of Lansing through the
Public Service Department. As an employee of the Internal Audit Depart-
; ment, I may be involved in an audit, or review of an audit, of the Public
Service Department which may include transactions with- the above firm
in which case such contracts or transactions will be assigned to other
: auditors of the Department for review.
