We are still in the process of evaluating these proposals so no contract award has been made yet. 2. Was the bidding process open for other companies to submit RFPs? Yes, see answer above. 3. Was the proper process applicable to BWL RFPs followed and will continue to be followed. Yes,this RFP was bid out per our Procurement Policy requirements.
