I . David V . Buhl, being duly sworn, and in contemplation
of Section 14-4- of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly
elected, qualified, and serving member of the Lansing City Council ;
further say that I a-m an officer of Industrial lelding ,
Inc . , a business in. the City of Lansing, which business has in the
past and may in the future do incidental business Vi th the City of
Lansing, Which is not normally of such a nature that a sivorn state-
riient thereof may be made ten days or ii,ore before the transaction
thereof ;
I further say that such business is of such a nature that
no action of the Council or any Board of the City is normally re-
ouired for the transaction thereof Until after the sarsie has been pe -
formed.
I further say that I will, during the ron th of T, arch, 1966,
file (ritii the City Cleric of the City of Lansing an accounting of all
such business done by Industrial Welding,, Inc . , directly or indirectly
with the city.
