In accordance with our statements of interest fil-
ed and recorded on page 479 of the Council proceedings
of April 19, 1965, we herewith make an accounting of
all business done by Industrial Welding, Inc . , directly
or indirectly with the city that we have knowledge of.
The _following is the total dollar amount of ser-
vices rendered the City of Lansing for the period com-
mencing with our last accounting as recorded on page
367 of the council proceedings of March 29 , 1965,
through and including March 3 , 1966:

STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I , David V. Buhl, being duly sworn, and in contemplation
of Section 14.4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly
elected, qualified, and serving member of the Lansing City Council ;
I further say that I am an officer of Industrial Welding ,
Inc. , a business in the City of Lansing, which business has in the
past and may in the future do incidental business with the City of
Lansing, which is not normally of such a nature that a sworn state-
ment thereof may be made ten days or more before the transaction
thereof ;
I further say that such business is of such a nature that
no action of the Council or any Board of the City is normally re-
quired for the transaction thereof until after the same has been per-
formed.
I further say that I will, during the month of March, 1966,
file with the City Clerk of the City of Lansing an accounting of all
such business done by Industrial Welding, Inc . , directly or indirectly
with the City.
