Hilbert J. Bos being duly sworn in accordance with Section 14.4
of the City Charter, deposes and says that he is an officer of the
City of Lansing being a member of the Police and Fire Board by
appointment as provided in said charter, and that he proposes to
have business dealings with the City of Lansing, having submitted
a bid for roofing on city buildings. Should said bid be the best
and lowest bid there would as a consequence be a profit to him.
Further deponent sayeth not.
