I received a hooded sweatshirt jacket with Lansing Brewing Company logo etc. as a Christmas gift from
the Gillespie Group, a local developer and owner of Lansing Brewing Company. The actual value of the
gift is unknown to me and may or may not exceed the $ 50.00 reporting requirement threshold.
I am making this disclosure to be certain that I and the Gillespie Group are in compliance
with the requirements of the Ordinance.
I hereby certify that this disclosure is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief.
