r, Maurice E. Baldwin, being first duly sworn, say that I am
an officer of the City of Lansing, being a member of its Traffic
Board, and make this statement in contemplation of Section 14.4 of
the Lansing City Charter .
r further say that I am Divisional Manager of Financial
Programs , I:nc. , a financial service institution, and intend to
have business dealings with the City of Lansing, of the following
nature: I will offer to sell and (if my offers are accepted) sell
mutual fund shares to the City and its retirement and pension
systems .
