Louis Adado , being first duly sworn, deposes and
says as follows :
1 . That lie is a duly elected Councilman of the
City of Lansing.
2 . That he is currently the record owner of common
stock in General Motors Corporation with a current market
value less than $ 25 , 000 . 00 .
3 . That he is currently employed- by Oldsmobile
Division of General Motors in a clerical,non-managerial capacity .
4 . That as a City Council member he may be called
upon to vote on the issuance of a certificate of tax abatement
for Oldsmobile Division of General Motors .
S . That if the certificate of tax abatement is issued,
General Motors Corporation and its Oldsmobile Division will
receive a financial benefit which may indirectly result in a
minimal benefit to the value of the stock in General Motors
owned by me but which will not affect my compensation as an
Oldsmobile employee .
Further, affiant sayeth not .
