STATEMENT OF INTEREST
I, Louis F. Adado, being durly sworn, and in contemplation of
Section 14. 4 of the Lansing City Charter, say that I am a duly elected,
qualified, and serving member of the Lansing City Council;
I further say that I am an employee of Oldsmobile Division of
General Motors Corporation, in a supervisory capacity, but not as an
officer thereof, which company has in the past and may in the future
do business with the city, in the nature of the sale to the city of
merchandise and other products, sold by the company, but from which
business with the city I do not and will not derive any direct or indirect
income or benefits in addition to such as are provided by the city as
remuneration for my official duties as a member of the Lansing City Council.
