MOTIONS FOR EXCUSED ABSENCE Dee moved, Mahlow seconded ITEMS FOR SUSPENSION OF RULES Mr. Kilpatrick recommended that all items under Reports from the Secretary be considered as Action Items. Pecora moved, Feinswog seconded, CARRIED, to consider all items under Reports from the Secretary as Action Items. Yeas: 2 Nays: 0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES Dee moved, Pecora seconded PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS None. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS None. Traffic Control Request#09-033: Dunlap Street and Tenny Street. Mr. Kilpatrick gave an overview of the report. There was discussion with the board members. Hovey moved, Feinswog seconded, CARRIED, to concur with the Transportation and Parking Office recommendation that stop signs be installed on Dunlap St. at Tenny St. Yeas: 6 Nays: 0 2. Traffic Control Order#09-037: Dunlap Street and Palmer Street. Mr. Kilpatrick gave an overview of the report. There was discussion with the board members. Mahlow moved, Washington seconded, CARRIED, to concur with the Transportation and Parking Office recommendation that existing yield signs on Palmer at Dunlap be upgraded to stop signs. Yeas: 6 Nays: 0 3. Traffic Control Order#09-38: Lincoln Ave and Teel Ave. Mr. Kilpatrick gave an overview of the report. There was discussion with the board members. Mahlow moved, Hovey seconded, CARRIED, to concur with the Transportation and Parking Office recommendation that existing yield signs on Lincoln at Teel be upgraded to stop signs. Yeas: 6 Nays: 0 4. Traffic Control Order#09-040: Kensington Road and Wavburn Road. Mr. Kilpatrick gave an overview of the report. There was discussion with the board members. Mahlow moved, Feinswog seconded, CARRIED, to concur with the Transportation and Parking Office recommendation that existing yield signs on Wayburn Rd at Kensington Rd be upgraded to stop signs. Yeas: 6 Nays: 0 5. Traffic Control Request#09-045: Everett Lane and Hodge Ave. Mr. Kilpatrick gave an overview of the report. There was discussion with the board members. Mahlow moved, Feinswog seconded, CARRIED, to concur with the Transportation and Parking Office recommendation that existing yield signs on Everett Lane at Hodge Ave. be upgraded to stop signs. Yeas: 6 Nays: 0 INFORMATIONAL ITEMS Mr. Kilpatrick provided information on the ADA Transition Plan. There was discussion by board members.
