1. ROLL CALL - Quorum was met
2. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA - None
3. AGENDA APPROVAL – Christopher moved, MaryBeth seconded – approved unanimously.
4. BOARD MEETING MINUTES – November 21, 2024 -- Brian moved, MaryBeth seconded – approved
unanimously.

A. New Advisory Board Member: Christopher Greene-Szmadzinski (Ward 2)
B. Applicant Idea Review
Michele Roman from Lansing Veterns Council presented a plan for city Honor Guard
6. OLD BUSINESS
A. Learning Sessions 1/7, 1/16, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 2/26 all at 6pm Letts Comm Ctr

There will be another budget session early in the new year (time, date and location TBA)

8. STATEMENTS OF CITIZENS
First ward council member, Ryan Kost, spoke about upcoming changes to the city’s trash system. Bulk trash
pickup may become part of the standard trash pickup (maybe once or twice a year) – replacing DNACE’
current program.
