2. Approval of S. MLK Jr. CIA Meeting Minutes (10.16.25; 11.20.25) -Action
Motion: Schmidgall Support: Howard
Passed unanimously
3. Board Officer Elections
Chair: Amanda Defrees
Vice Chair: Jeremy Matthews
Treasurer: Kristina Schmidgall
Secretary: Mellisa White
The board voted to approve the officer slate as presented.
Motion: Howard Support: Defrees; passed unanimously.
4. Updates on Marketing Efforts- K. Washington
Washington provided an update on the website build-out with Inverve.
5. Consideration for a Corridor Services Agreement- Action
Motion: Schmidgall Support: Howard
Passed
6. Consideration for Business Grant- Pressed for Time
Michele Howard, the owner of Pressed for Time, provided an
overview of her business. The board explored the business model and
discussed potential issues that could prevent the business from
opening. Based on the conversation, the board voted to table the
grant ask until the business is closer to opening.
